The delivery did show up on time, and the tracking was easy enough to follow, so I can't really complain there. Everything arrived without any issues, which I appreciated. That said, it was basic overall, good experience, just not anything that really stood out.

I ordered from Liaisonlabel because the photos looked really nice, and I was expecting the quality to feel a bit more premium for the price. The piece itself was cute, and I liked the little details in the design, but the fabric felt thinner than I thought it would when I took it out of the package.
For what I paid, it just didn’t feel like the best value. Shipping also took a little longer than I expected, so by the time it arrived, I was already kind of underwhelmed. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I don’t think I’d be in a rush to order again.

I got my order from liaisonlabel.com and, yeah... the fabric is really nice. It feels soft on my skin and isn’t itchy at all, which is a big deal for me because I’m picky about that stuff. I wore it the whole day and it stayed comfy the entire time. So, yeah, I’m happy with it.

I’m happy with it. The fabric feels soft and not cheap, and the stitching has held up fine after a few washes. I was kind of expecting it to maybe shrink or start coming apart, but.....

The checkout process lagged a bit, and the sizing info was sorta unclear, so it took longer than I expected to feel confident placing my order...

I ordered my usual size and it fit pretty much exactly how I was hoping. The waist felt comfortable, the length was right, and nothing was too tight or awkward in random places.
I’m always a little nervous about sizing when buying clothes online, but this was surprisingly easy. The size guide was accurate enough that I didn’t need to return or exchange anything, so I’d definitely order from them again

I was a little suspicious when it arrived in just two days because I wasn’t expecting shipping to be that quick. But it showed up fine, so I can’t really complain.

I really like the style of the site! It feels clean and easy to look through, and the designs are simple without being boring. Browsing around was smooth too :)

Customer service did get back to me and they did answer my question, so I can’t really complain too much. I guess I was just expecting it a little sooner. It wasn’t like I was waiting forever or anything, but you know when you keep checking your inbox and then forget why you opened it in the first place? That kind of thing. Overall it was fine, just would’ve been better if the replies came a bit faster.

Trying to exchange my order took way longer than it should have. I also kept having to verify the same info over and over, which got really annoying fast. After all that, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
